Using the portal

The customer portal lets you view and pay invoices, manage services and contact Keybit Services. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers. Invoices are considered paid once Stripe confirms the payment.

Renewals and service delivery

Renewal dates, pricing, and service details are shown on your invoice. If you have questions or need changes, contact support before the due date.

Account access

Access links and login credentials are for the intended recipient only. Keep them secure and do not share them publicly.

Availability

We aim to keep the portal available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may occur.

Liability

Keybit Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant invoice.
